As a Parts Advisor, you will join our inside sales team in providing a top-tier experience to our customers. With your knowledge of OEM/ aftermarket parts & accessories complemented by your ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, you will grow with our team.

What you'll do:

  • Provide prompt & accurate quotes (pricing, availability, & ETA) on automotive parts, accessories, equipment & supplies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly parts sales expectations.
  • Collaborate with departments to maximize inventory & sales potential.
  • Provide feedback from customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
  • Participate in any technical training or development training that is made available.
  • Perform the role in a professional manner that aligns with the Company's values and ideals.
  • Actively participate in Bumper to Bumpers Health and Safety management system, including raining, audits, assessments, safety meetings, and inspections.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of Automotive Parts Sales Experience
  • Understanding of inventory operations & warehousing
  • 2 - 5 years of customer service experience
  • Self motivation
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Interest in mechanical knowledge
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • The ability to physically able to lift 50 +/- pounds
  • Registered Apprentice or Parts Tech with Red Seal is an asset but not required.
  • Forklift, WHMIS, TDG, and, First Aid are an asset - recommended, however training may be provided.
  • OSSA (Oil Sand Safety Association) / CSTS (Construction Safety Training System) / BSO (Basic Safety Orientation) or CSO (Common Safety Orientation) - recommended, however training may be provided.

This position is safety sensitive and requires drug and alcohol testing, as a condition of employment.

Salary: $28.00-$45.00 per hour
