Pride Painting is currently looking for a highly driven and experienced Painter to join our team. Our Vancouver Island based, painting company is growing quickly and is looking for enthusiastic go-getters, who loves a challenge and collaborating with others.

Key Responsibilities

Painting Abilities: Surface Prep, Caulking, Cutting and Rolling.
Experience with heights, working Interior and Exterior
Leadership: Capable of working alone and also with a small Team
Communicate with team to ensure expectations of jobs are followed through with, completed, documented, and managed throughout the entirety of the project life cycle
Take ownership and accountability of assigned projects and scope.

Skill and Qualification
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Customer Service is key as we work closely with homeowners and a minimum of 2 years Painting experience.
Have attention to detail, ability to spot deficiencies and an eye for quality.
Ability to both lead and work with the team.
Ability to anticipate workflow needs and follow through with minimal direction.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with trades, subcontractors, and internal staff.
Strong technology skills; ability to use a computer and smart phone to learn new software
