New Media Operation 新媒体运营 (小红书 Xiaohongshu)
Responsible for the back-end construction and operation monitoring of Xiaohongshu, responsible for related operational results and data;
Familiar with and reasonably use various marketing and promotion methods to improve conversion rates and maintain user stickiness;
Develop Xiaohongshu's operational plan, plan, organize, and execute promotional activities;
Responsible for Xiaohongshu's operation, planning Xiaohongshu's operational plan, and collaborating with the technical team to create products.
Requirements
Experience in Xiaohongshu, with a major in fine arts, advertising, marketing, media or related fields.
Familiar with Xiaohongshu's platform operation mode, management planning, and process, and familiar with Xiaohongshu's operational process;
Familiar with current trends in the Internet industry, and have unique insights into online sales, especially the operation of Xiaohongshu platform;
Have a passionate working attitude, stress resistance, meticulous and patient work, and a sense of teamwork; Proficiency in using Juguang platform is preferred.

能力要求
1.具有小红书工作经验,美术、广告、市场营销、传媒类相关专业。
2.熟悉小红书平台操作模式、管理规划和流程,熟悉小红书运营流程;
3.熟悉当前互联网行业发展趋势,对网络销售特别是小红书平台的运营
有自己独到的见解;
4.有热情的工作态度、抗压能力,工作细致耐心,有团队合作意识;
能够熟练使用聚光平台优先考虑)
