Offshore Accounting Analyst Job at eShipper
- Generate weekly/ bi-weekly/ monthly invoices as per the billing cycle for assigned clients (automated but requires manual intervention from time to time)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse teams and account managers) to ensure timely data collection. Must be comfortable spending time understanding the detailed runnings of the warehouse to perform this role
- Review invoicing data (prepared by offshore support team members) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Investigate and resolve any client’s billing-related issues. Must be able to communicate professionally with clients over email and phone.
- Manage all A/R and A/P transactions and aging for $10+M organization.
- Responsible for creating P&Ls, Trial Balances, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements (assisted with NetSuite)
Requirements:
- Accounting experience - mandatory
- Warehouse/logistics experience - preferred
- Advanced Excel and Analytical skills - mandatory
- Effective team management skills
- Strong attention to detail

Salary: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
