Whole Body Health and Wellness- Administrative Assistant Needed – Maple Ridge, BC

(Employee- 15 hours per week plus casual)

We are in need of a committed, part-time office assistant who shares our passion for health and wellness. For us, it is all about finding the right fit as our team works very well together. We are looking for someone who is a team player, personable and enjoys working in a fast paced clinic environment.

The hours we will be hiring for are:

Friday: 8:45-5:15 p.m.

Saturdays 8:45-3:15 p.m.

Please note this may be subject to slight changes.

The skills needed for this position are:

2 year minimum experience working in an office environment preferably a medical office, wellness centre or equivalent experience.

MOA Certification an asset.

Great customer service skills is an absolute must.

Experience with billing and managing accounts.

Must be well versed in Microsoft Office Suite.

Cash handling experience a must.

Some marketing or advertising experience an asset.
