Plan A is a staffing agency that supports Long Term Care (LTC) homes who are experiencing staffing shortages. We are currently looking for Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our qualified, dedicated, and compassionate team of support staff.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Provide personal care to residents
• Safely assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including toileting, transferring, bathing and feeding

The ideal candidates will possess:

• A PSW certificate OR are a current nursing student with your 1st year completed
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Hardworking, compassionate, positive, solution-oriented, professional and flexible
• LTC experience is considered an asset

We work with multiple LTC facilities in the region and our opportunities will be available at a variety of locations. Because of this, your commute within the region could range from 5-minutes to an hour, depending on the location of the facility. Our Partners current require a minimum of 2 COVID doses
