What you will learn and contribute to

We are looking for a Technical Specialist to achieve the digital goal of the IT Network team. In this job, you will…

  • Be responsible for the technical solution, deployment, and service support.
  • Provide an operational support for deployed solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional technical team and stakeholders.
  • Administer incidents, problems, service requests and changes in line with ITIL practices.
  • Document the high-level and low-level network design.

Your skills and experience

You have:
  • Either a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, other STEM degrees, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of public cloud concepts from Azure, GCP, or AWS, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
It would be nice if you also had:
  • An understanding of basic network communication, such as TCP/IP
  • Ability to engage with Customers, Partners, Vendors & service provider, as needed
  • Knowledge of IP addressing, DHCP & DNS
  • Knowledge of various routing & switching protocols like OSPF, BGP, VRRP, STP etc.
  • Knowledge of various WAN connectivity models like SDWAN, MPLS, Point to Point etc.
