Mental Health and Addictions Program Content Developer Job at Oxford College

Oxford College Remote

Oxford College of Arts, Business and Technology is currently seeking an experienced, Mental Health and Addictions professional/educator to develop the curricula of various mental health related courses.

The candidate will primarily be responsible for the development and planning of course content for programs, provide lecture and lab learning materials, and evaluate training effectiveness so that students learn the specific skill sets and knowledge needed to work in the industry.

In addition to curriculum development, additional duties include the following:

  • Prepare syllabi, assessments, lesson plans and simulation activities for the core modules.
  • Provide technical feedback to the Academic Department as required.
  • Work collaboratively with potential placement sites to develop partnerships.
  • Incorporate simulation scenarios, case studies, and procedures into the courses.
  • Assist in the completion of required reporting and documentation, including assessment of learning outcomes.
