Meat Packing Production Manager
Our client is a leading specialty meat processing facility committed to delivering high-quality meat products nationwide to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and ethical production. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our meat processing facility’s production process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.
The Production Manager will be lead all aspects of the production process with full responsibility for food safety, quality control regulation and supplier relationships. They will be called on to drive productivity, managing all production and supporting all employees across the organization.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum five years of production management experience in the meat processing industry with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodology is an asset.
