What you will do:

The Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of our Marketing team. Our marketing team gives a voice and image to our brands. The marketing coordinator will re responsible to gather and execute on data for marketing campaigns. They will create partnerships with internal and external teams to support the brand. This is a key role that requires a sharp eye for details and a dedication to outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication with internal teams on campaign timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and tradeshows as established in the marketing plans
  • Conduct research and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data as it relates to sales, marketing campaigns and communications etc.
  • Support the marketing team in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
  • Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • Minimum of college degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar
  • Minimum of 3 (three) years’ experience
  • Knowledge of digital and social media advertising
  • Bilingualism is essential (French and English)
