Here's the impact you'll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As a Threat Intelligence Manager, you will be part of a global team of security professionals, supporting ongoing projects and initiatives. You will lead and develop the TELUS Health Threat Intelligence team to collect and analyze intelligence, ensuring that all areas of the organization are informed by the external environment and can proactively respond to emerging threats.

What you’ll do

Lead a global threat intelligence capability for TELUS Health as part of a wider CSO transformation programme.
Build strong trust relationships to collaborate and share with industry partners including peers, law enforcement and government agencies across multiple regions.
Develop and improve processes and frameworks in relation to threat intelligence and ensure they are followed.
Act as a mentor and coach for Threat Intelligence team members and a SME to the wider business.
Deliver briefings and written reports across a range of different threat types to help prioritize decision making.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continually identify and review threat intelligence use cases including employee awareness, risk management and supply chain risk.
Develop KRIs and dashboards/metrics to ensure that the value of threat intelligence is measurable.
Work with the wider CSO team to identify vendors and intelligence sources to support use cases.
Design innovative ways of delivering threat intelligence to various stakeholders in a timely and easy to consume way.

Qualifications

What you bring

Ability to quickly conduct assessments of new threats and identify the ‘so what’ for TELUS Health.
Ability to engage positively with senior leaders and identify strategic trends.
At least 5 years of threat intelligence experience within any sector.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with threat intelligence tools and techniques including OSINT.
Experience conducting threat intelligence collection and analysis for organizations.
Exceptional analytical skills and problem solving.
Experience building relationships with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Established security industry network.

Nice to haves

Ability to undergo security clearance in your geographic location.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience of wider aspects of threat intelligence such as geopolitical, fraud and physical threats.
