About This Opportunity


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Service Vending Manager to lead our Central Operating Unit’s Full-Service Vending execution strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering increased revenue and profitability, and optimizing our full-service vending operation. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, provide leadership and direction to the Central Full-Service Vending team, and oversee the management of subcontractor services.


This is a Work-from-Home role, with approximately 10% travel within Central region.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the Central Full-Service Vending team to achieve Company financial goals and operational KBI objectives, including Yield, Fill Rates, Telemetry, Cashless Health, and Productivity.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring to drive employee development and engagement, and perform additional people management activities.
  • Develop and implement the FSV Execution strategy for vending initiatives and Special Projects in the Central OU, such as Cashless and Telemetry Upgrades, and Profitability.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to provide insights and direction with regards to profitable new business growth in the Vending Channel.
  • Support Regional and National Account executives as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Vending, including Vender set up, prospecting, FSV Updates, customer renewals, and customer negotiations.
  • Oversee and manage subcontractor services.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration/General Management or High School Diploma/equivalent with 5 years of experience directly in Full Service, Logistics, or Sales departments.
  • 2+ years of experience in beverage retail or distribution.
  • Good understanding and appreciation of technology.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations based on analytical evaluation
  • Understanding of and capability to utilize data sources such as BASIS, Margin Minder, FASETS, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Full-Service Vending and Equipment Service business processes; and
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally and coordinate efforts around Full-Service Vending.
