Wescast Industries Inc is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Work Team Leader for our North American Business Unit located in Wingham, Ontario
Provides leadership to maintenance team members, assigning maintenance tasks, assessing priorities, arranging and assigning resources, preparing and controlling budgets, and maintaining records.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-secondary education in a related discipline, Electrical or Millwright license, or equivalent combination of
education and experience
3 years of related experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and procedures
Demonstrated leadership skills including facilitation, coaching, training and conflict resolution
Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office
