What you’ll do:

• Assist with purchasing of maintenance supplies
• Janitorial duties including garbage removal and cleaning of floors, fixtures, appliances
• Clearing of sidewalks, emergency exits, and entrances
• Small, general maintenance repairs at all sites
• Perform spontaneous repairs in response to various breakage
• Reporting of interior and exterior maintenance issues to Facilities Team Leader
• Adhere to the Preventative Maintenance Policy
• Must be able to work in a COR certified environment
• Other duties, as assigned

Who you are:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to work independently
• Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of Retail Facilities and equipment is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license
