Bannister GM Vernon (a division of the Bannister Automotive Group) in Vernon, BC is looking for an energetic Lot Attendant to join our award-winning team!

One of the key roles a Lot Attendant performs is to ensure that vehicles are placed in top sale condition when they've arrived on our lots and are ready for their new owner(s).

We want someone who is detail orientated, has exceptional customer service and loves working around cars!

What your day looks like:

• Move and work with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities
• Deliver vehicles to sites and locations as required
• Thoroughly clean (wash, vacuum, and polish) and maintain all vehicles
• Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel as needed
• Recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery
• Prioritize vehicles that need to be prepped for delivery or washed based on general appearance
• Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom, and lot
• Set up and remove displays and associated material for special events

What you need to be successful:

• Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative
• In good physical condition and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Possess a strong work ethic while remaining punctual and reliable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure atmosphere
• Excellent organizational and realistic time management skills
• Detail oriented and accurate in all work and communication
• Must have an N or Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience in operating standard/manual transmissions
