As a live-in caregiver, you can earn a full week of pay in just a few short days. Live-in positions offer consistent wages. The client provides private sleeping quarters. The family and our Care Team will work with you directly on supporting your client's specific, around-the-clock needs.

As a Health Care Aide on our team, you will provide one-on-one assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Health Care Aide Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect personal care to client's in the home setting
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Help client with all personal care functions as needed
• Help keep the client's environment clean and organized
• Remind client to take self-administered medications
• Balanced Care training that helps incorporate a holistic approach to enhance the lives of seniors

Successful Live-in Caregivers will have the following qualifications:

• Preference given for valid Operator's/Driver's License and current vehicle insurance
• Must surpass a Police clearance from the City of Winnipeg
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Must have a Health Care Aide Certificate
• 3 Professional (NOT Family) references including telephone numbers
• Clean Drivers record and no criminal background
