Besides processing the healthcare laundry at our large commercial laundry plant in South Burnaby, we are also responsible for distributing the linen in some of the Hospitals and Long Term Care Facilities we service.

Reporting to the Customer Based Operations Manager, you will be trained/responsible for the day to day operations while working at each healthcare facility. Your main responsibility is to ensure the quality and standards of our operation are met and customer’s requirements are satisfied within a timely and professional manner. This role requires a high level of accountability and communication as you are the key contact in the absence of the Customer Service Manager. You must be computer literate and your attention to detail and organizational skills must be at the highest level.

We now have a permanent vacancy on our healthcare team at Powell River General Hospita. Shifts are Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Overtime also available. Benefits are available for full time positions only.

• Able to work without supervision
• Physically fit and able to maneuver large mobile containers
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Have a clean criminal record (mandatory)
• Flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
• Courteous, punctual, responsible and reliable
• Covid-19 Vaccinations (mandatory)
