We are looking to hire Landscape Crew Leads for an established residential landscaping company based in North Vancouver that has been taking care of our yards and gardens for over 16 years! An ideal candidate will have experience with leading a crew of landscapers, but most importantly, they will have a passion and love for nature and elevating outdoor spaces.

This company has been providing outstanding lawn care to its valued customers for many years across all seasons. Their attention to detail and desire for perfection has kept the lawns of the Vancouver lower mainland looking immaculate and presentable all year round.

What we can offer you:

• Pay rate: $25-$30/hour to start (based on experience & meeting competency criteria)
• Days: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Full time permanent role

Responsibilities:

• Landscaping, aerating, mowing, weeding, pruning, hedge trimming, and planting
• Use different landscaping equipment such as weed whackers, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers etc.
• Communicate and work within your team of landscapers
• Reviewing and understanding all work order instructions
• Job planning and scheduling with sales associates/crew leaders
• Updating and communicating with clients as required
• Ensuring trucks are loaded completely and accurately
• Managing time sheets in company software

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in landscaping
• Previous experience leading a team
• Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving abstract
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to meet at the North Vancouver office or different site locations
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Steel-toed boots
