A Landscape Foreman’s role is to plan, organize, and deliver top quality client and staff experiences. Primary focus is to produce and oversee all installation and construction work as planned, while managing product, day-to-day schedule, customer and crew, and job expenses with highly efficient and repeatable systems and best practices.

Skills and Requirements:

• Highly structured in organization and time management, demonstrating initiative.
• High attention to detail in technical specifications and written communication.
• Desire to interact with clients and team in professional, patient, and courteous manner.
• Mathematics, site calculations and material quantity take-offs
• Excellent knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment and techniques required to complete required tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
• Highly alert and demonstrates problem solving skills.
• Performs and demands excellence in quality of work.
• Driven to improve efficiencies, with ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Aligned with company core values.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (skid steer and excavator) safely and efficiently
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written in English)
