Our growing company is currently looking to hire many
Labourers to join our team, based in or around the
Drumheller, AB location. The ideal candidate will be team-orientated with experience collaborating with multiple levels of stakeholders within an organization. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and initiatives concurrently and is interested in growing personally and professionally with us.
The ideal candidate doesn’t shy away from hard, repetitive, physical work and enjoy being in the elements all day.
As our Labourers you will be responsible for:
- Industry or trade experience is not required, we will train
- Comfortable with physical work and working with hand tools as needed
- Trenching and running cable
- Erecting and assembling steel ground mount racking and panels
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, measuring accordingly
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in physically challenging conditions
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 license with a clean driver abstract is an asset
- A pre-employment drug and alcohol test is required prior to employment
- Good communications skills
- Must be able to take direction and work well in a team environment
- Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Must have MSA approved steel toed boots and hard hat
