Flury Earthworks is hiring for a permanent, full-time labourer.

10 hour shifts with daily overtime. Opportunities for training and advancement in various areas. Competitive wages based on your experience and performance. Benefits package to support you and your family.

Experience in civil works and pipe laying will be given priority. Strong work ethic, physical stamina, communication skills and ability to work without supervision are assets.

Must have a vehicle to get from site to site, typically between Westbank and Vernon, mostly in Kelowna. We work outside, rain or shine, and provide a safety allowance so you can get the right gear for the job. Benefits also include a health spending account.

Responsibilities:

• Spot and assist our equipment operators in digs.
• Operate pipe lasers, grade lasers, and compaction equipment.
• Road subgrade preps, foundation excavations.
• Participate in daily safety meetings.

Priority will be given to those local to the area.

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
