Study Partners Tutoring Centres is seeking qualified educators to tutor Kindergarten to Grade 12 students for the 2022-2023 academic year at our Cobourg, Belleville and Bowmanville tutoring centres.
Applications will be considered from current teachers, retired teachers, and teacher candidates, as well as early childhood educators and educational assistants experienced in early literacy. Non-teachers with subject matter expertise, who have previous tutoring experience, will be considered for Grade 11 and 12 Maths and Sciences. Ability to teach in French is an asset. Applicants must:
- have previous teaching and/or tutoring experience
- be familiar with grade level expectations in the Ontario Curriculum
- be patient, positive and progress-oriented with a passion for teaching
- be able to respond to students’ individual learning styles
- be able to obtain a Vulnerable Person's Police Clearance
