AS A PROJECT DELIVERY COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:

• Communicate internally and externally with project members, stakeholders, and customers. Requirements/expectations/results.
• Coordinate and monitor field service appointments with internal and external customers, track field service completion, and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Schedule, host, and attend onsite meetings as required and document meeting minutes
• Communicate through various mediums on reporting/tracking project execution and logistics.
• Escalate customer concerns as required
• Follow up on outstanding project deliverables to ensure compliance with timelines
• Set up Customers and vendors, collect and enter PO’s for customers and vendors, follow up with procurement on product deliveries, follow through on warranties, RMA’s, service billings, etc.
• Ensure client’s expectations are met at project completion. Facilitate project close-out and billing

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of client-facing experience
• Strong Organizational Skills; multi-tasking, time-management, self-starter
• Proficiency with productivity tools (ie: PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Oracle) or a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment
• Access to a personal vehicle to visit customer sites and travel ~10%
