Duties:
Lots of data entry tasks such as updating databases and reports.
Various accounts and other reconciliations.
Matching received goods with vendor invoices and processing for payment.
Employees timesheet preparation and various other payroll tasks.
Invoicing and Receivables followups.
Evaluating projects and fixing discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Prefer someone who types fast and can learn new software quickly.
Interested in accounting and administrative work.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience is an asset but priority will be given to potential.
The right candidate will be trained so feel free to apply if you're interested and are capable of learning.

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
Salary: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
