Energy Solutions Ltd., a subsidiary of WorleyCord Ltd., will be seeking Journeyperson/apprentice Electricians to work on a project in Blackfalds, AB at our Mod Yard.

Responsibilities:

• Reads and interprets electrical, mechanical, and architectural
• drawings and electrical code specifications
• Pulling and markup wire through conduits and holes
• Installs, replaces, maintains, and repairs electrical systems and
• related electrical equipment
• Splices, joins, and connects wire to form circuits
• Tests circuits to ensure integrity and safety
• Ability to work off ground, with ladders, scaffolding and AWP
• Ability to measure, cut , Fab and Install Trays
• Termination of cable
• Installation of heat trace
• Installation of light fixtures, junction boxes and miscellaneous pieces of
• equipment ranging in various weights from 5 lbs. to 50 lbs.
• May perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Journey or Apprenticeship Electrician ticket from a recognized provincial training authority
• Valid CSTS 2020 Fundamentals (Construction Safety Training Systems) certification
• Valid OSSA - Fall Protection certification
• WHMIS 2015
• Valid OSSA - Elevated Work Platform certification

Work Conditions:

• Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
• Benefits provided by CLAC
• Shift: 5/2 *subject to change
• 10 hour shift
• LOA *for applicable candidates 80 km from worksite

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $42.13 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• Industrial electrician: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Electrical certificate (preferred)
