Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers on a daily basis.
- Install and configure servers, desktops, and laptops, and deploy them for daily operations.
- Install and configure advanced network devices to improve security, performance, and user experience.
- Install and configure servers for production environments such as email servers, file servers and application servers.
- Install software patches to resolve operational problems.
- Support users through world-class RMM.
- Manage and provision Microsoft 365 products.
- Knowledge in backup, system and cloud migration an asset

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
