Reporting to the firm's Partners and Intake Manager, your role will primarily include meeting with new firm clients and taking detailed notes about their circumstances and injuries. You will also document and investigate the causes of accidents, and interview witnesses and take their statements.
Our firm works on behalf of the wrongly injured or killed and their families. We also appeal or litigate wrongful denials of insurance benefits.
We work with people during some of the most difficult times of their lives. The right person will be professional, curious, and empathetic and will have excellent people and communication skills.
The job involves driving to meet clients and inspect accident locations in the lower mainland; a full driver’s license is required. The firm provides a company vehicle. Criminal record check needed before starting work.
No prior direct experience needed. The firm is more interested in finding the right person as opposed to the person with the right experience. Experience in personal injury law or working with marginalized communities would be an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
