About You:
We are looking for a Intermediate Front End Developer (React) to join our team. You will work closely with the OneComply development team and product owners to develop user-facing features using React and NodeJS.
This is a role that will require 4-7 years of experience with a clear focus on front-end UI and someone who has an eye for design/layout to ensure everything client-facing is high quality. You will help drive our product forward, seeing immediate results from your input and design.

Each day will be different, yet key responsibilities will be:
- Developing user-facing features using React and NodeJS
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimizing components to perform flawlessly on various devices and browsers
- Collaborating with the development team on architectural solutions
- Work with product owners and play a significant role in the advancement of our UI/UXport
- Post-secondary education in the following areas is preferred: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent training/experience.
- Intermediate to senior development experience (4-7 years), with a clear focus on front-end UI (3-4 years of experience in front-end and at least 1-2 years of back-end)
- Proven expertise in NodeJS and React
- Experience working with stakeholders to design and create wireframes and mock-ups using Adobe XD and Figma
- An eye for design/layout and drive to ensure everything client-facing is high quality
- Seeking an environment within a small and nimble team, where you work directly alongside the leadership to make an immediate impact
- Experience in user onboarding flows
- Results focused
- Experience working on a SaaS product and designing intuitive user flows through visual elements
- React / CSS / HTML experience
- Material UI (or equivalent) experience
- Photoshop or similar experience is an asset but not required
