The Role

The Installation Administrator will be responsible for the orderly flow of information to the appliance technicians. They will track the live workflow of technicians and installers and make flow adjustments and corrections to the workload to ensure maximum efficiency.


What you will be doing

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by investigating and assisting in the resolution of all customer complaints.
  • Assist install and service technicians by checking work orders for accuracy, reassigning incomplete/inaccurate work orders to appropriate technicians, and ensuring proper paperwork in is order.
  • Answer all incoming service calls.
  • Contact customers to book service and installation calls.
  • Ensure calls are booked as per technician availability.
