Job Description:

We are currently seeking 1 highly motivated and results oriented individual for the position of Inside Sales Representative to work in our Vancouver, BC branch, located on Annacis Island, Delta, BC. This is a great opportunity for a young and determined professional with career oriented goals to flourish. Currently this position does not include any outside sales duties and most of the interactions are with existing customers mainly over the email and phone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and maximize all sales and market development opportunities
• Ensure outstanding customer service is provided by developing rapport and strengthening relationships with key customers
• Monitor, evaluate, and make recommendations with respect to lost sales opportunities to continually improve upon sales results
• Effective communication and negotiation skills in dealing with external and internal customers
• Liaise with purchasing department to ensure sufficient product is available to meet customer demand
• Identify slow moving products to establish targets for reduction

Job Requirements:

• Time management and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy and min 50wpm typing speed
• Industry related experience is a plus, but not critical as training for the right candidate will be provided
