Inside Sales Agent
Lifco Hydraulics is a North American-wide hydraulic stocking distributor and service center in business since 1978. We are hiring for our TRK Attachments Division - where we manufacture and sell excavator attachments. Location: St. Catharines Office - This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
● Generate quotes for Canadian and US customers and follow through until completion of order
● Develop new business opportunities to expand clientele
● Update and maintain CRM in Salesforce
● Providing monthly and quarterly reports to show progress toward Sales Targets
● Updating stock lists and communicating with Dealers
● Monitoring product inventory and consumables
● Purchasing and Inventory assistance
Qualifications:
● Knowledge and experience in equipment sales and sales administration
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve
● Familiarity with the steel and attachments industry is considered an asset
● Experience in Salesforce and other CRM’s an asset
