Introduction to health science emphasizing Indigenous perspectives. Topics: history of health and health care, theories of health, personal health, consumerism, interpreting health information and statistics, health careers.
Position Requirements
A graduate degree (Ph.D. preferred) in an area appropriate for the course (ie. Health Studies). Courses in the subject area at a graduate or undergraduate level from an accredited post-secondary institution we would consider transfer credit from are required. Demonstrated, relevant work experience will be considered an asset.
