Industry Segment Specialist – Food & Packaging / Quebec City Region - South Shore Region
Reports to: Industry Segment Manager – F&P
Summary: Responsible for the strategic development of the Industry Segment (IS) /Industry Cluster (IC) in accordance with the overall corporate strategy
Location: Quebec area
Responsibilities:
- Develops national strategy for Industry Segment/Industry Cluster
- Manages the price policy and customer conditions in line with the company policies and in collaboration with the IS Manager
- Effectively handles strategic accounts and achieves agreed sales targets
- Coaches and trains the team(i.e. Sales Engineers, Application Engineers, National Key Account Managers, and IS Team Leader) in IS-related knowledge
- Contributes to the preparation and implementation of marketing strategies for the specific cluster
- Supports IS Team Leader, Sales manager and Management in general providing market inputs and information
- Responsible for collection of product requirements of the IS as an input for ISP
Minimum Requirements:
- Technical Degree, Master or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering or mechatronics
- Local language, English fluent
- MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object
- 5 years relevant experience
- Specific knowledge in the Industry cluster/industry segment area of responsibility
- Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster
