Our client is one of the world’s largest Food and Beverage Company, They are looking for experienced Industrial Millwright in Toronto.
Major Responsibilities
- Must show initiative and responsibility to carry out assigned work promptly with minimum supervision
- Proactively execute the needs of a 24/7 operation while being able to respond to changing demands with short notice.
- Use of SAP for Asset Maintenance Management (AMM) to manage work orders and closures
- Need to have good mechanical / literacy aptitude
- Must have a good attendance record
- Overtime work may be required including weekend
- Practice safe working methods as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations, and Internal Management Policies to protect personnel and equipment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Follow all GMP Rules & Regulations and Quality Checks
- Work according to ISO 14001 Environment and OHSAS 18001 Safety requirements
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (NQMS) and quality policy.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Industrial Millwright License (433A)
- Experience of Key Standard Routines and Predictive Maintenance tools & Systems are required
- Can thoroughly understand company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge and/or Working experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), especially with Preventive Maintenance Pillar methodology is preferred.
- Experience in food or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, with working knowledge of factory systems and SAP is highly desired.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excels at working within a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills and can deliver results through people.
Shift: night shift (11pm to 7am)
Pay rate: $36.32 +74 cents night shift premium
