Industrial Machine Assembling

Leading manufacturer of PVC downstream equipment is currently looking for an Industrial Machine Assembling. Our machines are used to manufacture a variety of plastic profiles including windows, doors, and other custom production products.

Responsibilities

· Fasten and install piping, fixtures, or wiring and electrical components to form assemblies or sub-assemblies, using hand tools, rivet guns, and welding equipment.

· Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functioning, machine capabilities, and conformance to customer manufacturing specifications.

· Lay out and drill, ream, tap, and cut parts for assembly.

· Position and align components for assembly, manually or using hoists.

· Read and interpret assembly blueprints and specifications manuals, and plan assembly or building operations.

· Remove rough spots, and smooth surfaces to fit, trim, or clean parts, using hand tools and power tools.

· Rework, repair, and replace damaged parts or assemblies.

· Set and verify parts clearances.

· Verify conformance of parts to stock lists and blueprints, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.

· Assemble systems of gears by aligning and meshing gears in gearboxes.

· Maintain and lubricate parts and components.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

· 2+ years of experience in machine building / assembling / electronic assembler

· Good command of English, both written and verbal.

· Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical college degree or diploma.

· Familiar with pneumatic.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00-$34.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

• Machine Assembling: 2 years (preferred)
