We are currently seeking Industrial Cleaners to join our team at a job site, located near Elkford, BC. We are seeking individuals local to the Elkford or Sparwood as no live out allowance or travel is provided.
The specific responsibilities of this position include:
- Cleans and disinfects high traffic areas
- Maintains clean and sanitary conditions in all areas such as offices, washrooms, hallways
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Job Specifics:
- 8 Hour Shifts
- Work with minimal supervision but as a team player
- Located at the Fording River job site
- Responsible for getting to site
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required
- Must be able to pass a Pre-access Drug & Alcohol Test
Knowledge & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Janitorial is preferred
- Previous experience working in an industrial setting is an asset
- Must have strong working knowledge of WHMIS
Skills & Attributes:
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must be physically fit. Capable of lifting, climbing stairs & standing for long periods
