Responsibilities:
· Convert Coffee Bean Machine Manufacturer’s manual to operational procedures.
· Consult with manufacturer in China for any issues during production or seeking for better performance of the machines.
· Calibrate, maintain and keep machines running in good conditions.
· Check/Repair or adjust the component for minor failure and consult with parts supplier for replacement if needed.
· Train new operators if needed.
Education
Minimal required training: Postsecondary diploma in mechanical / industrial engineering (any other combination of education and experience may be considered)
Certification / Accreditation required: None
Experience
Mandatory minimum experience: 3 years of experience in industrial processing line for mechanic or related works.
Skills and Qualities
Language: English and Chinese
Technology: Good knowledge of industrial machines/automatic/semi-automatic mechanical equipment
Other skills or qualities sought:
· Capable of editing operational procedures according to manufacturer’s manual and actual operation tests
· Facility to understand blueprint of industrial machines and equipment
· Capacity to disassemble and reassemble considered as an asset
· Excellent communication skills
· Team player and ability to work without supervision
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Excellent work ethic, responsible and reliable
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
