To help meet the growing demand of our products. Iceculture, a recognized world leader in the hospitality ice business, has a part-time position in our Ice Production Department.
Position: Production Team Member - Students welcomed to apply
Job Type: Part-Time - may lead to increase opportunities in the spring/summer
Work Setting: Production Plant (other opportunities may arise), Freezers

Schedule: Regularly scheduled hours of Saturday and Sunday 8:00am until noon Opportunity for more hours can be discussed during interview.
Responsibilities:
- Harvesting Ice Blocks (Block harvesting and filling)
- Clean-up of materials from events – packaging and equipment, including sweeping
- Prepare packaging requirements – box making
- Assist with Hensall Ice Company (bagging ice, cutting Craft Ice Cubes and Craft Ice Spheres).
- Assist cold storage and retail customers as needed
- Follow Health and Safety Procedures including wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment
We are looking for someone who:
- Is punctual and reliable
- Has an eagerness to learn, enthusiasm, a good work ethic, a keen attention to detail
- Has strong organizational skills
- Wants to work in a team orientated culture.
- Willingness to learn the ice business
- A willingness to work in other departments as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- On call
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
