Qualifications:

· valid driver’s license (must)

· valid TSSA certificate (must)

· ability to lift 50lb regularly (must)

· 5 years experience (asset)

· G3 (must)

· G2/G1 (asset)

· OBT3/OBT2/OBT1 (asset)

· 313D (asset)

· 308R (asset)

Job Responsibilities:

· Completing service calls on residential & commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems over a wide territory. (propane/natural gas/oil)

· Completing work orders & timesheets

· Maintaining & tracking truck stock.

· Maintaining and installing residential systems including but not limited to: HVAC, hot water heaters, refrigeration systems, boilers, humidifiers, shop heaters, fireplaces & HRV’s.

· Perform 10-year inspections on oil/propane heating systems

· Conduct site previews for quoting

· Respond to emergency calls during no heat season

· Able to cover a rotating on call schedule
