The Opportunity: Human Resources Specialist provides a vital function in developing and managing high quality proactive recruitment strategies for assignments within a designated recruitment portfolio. The HR Specialist creates advertising and branding messages to attract top candidates, create a positive recruitment experience and act as a key point of contact for hiring managers.

What You Will Bring to The Role:

• Post-secondary education in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Three to five years’ experience in a human resources role
• Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation preferred
• Registered Professional Recruiter Designation preferred
