This position is located at SookePoint Ocean Cottage Resort located in East Sooke.
We are seeking:
- Seasonal with potential for full-time permanent.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE
Anticipated start dates: April/ May start dates to September/October end dates.
Summing it up.
The House Person is the jack-of-all-trades of the Housekeeping department. They ensure guest rooms & common areas are clean, well-maintained and assist all departments in meeting guests’ needs (Guest Services, Laundry, Housekeeping etc).
What you’ll be doing.
- Helping to keep guest & common areas bright, fresh and immaculately clean.
- Support Room Attendants by delivering supplies required for rooms.
- Ensure the safety & confidentiality of owners, guests and employees.
Who you are.
- Knowledge of best practices from working within a luxury property is desired.
- Energetic and happy to work with a great team of other like-minded individuals.
- You have the physical ability to carry or lift up to 50 lbs and can bend, crouch, climb stairs and be in motion for prolonged periods.
