Position: Occupational Health Administration

Location: Montreal – Lachine Center

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible)

Department: Occupational Health

Division – Human Resources

Main Duties /Responsibilities:

  • G- SHMRIS Data base management – injuries /auto accidents
  • Prepare Queries and Reports on Demand
  • Complete Financial – Earnings information for CNESST /Manulife /WCBs
  • Preparation and management of 2 weeks payments – CNESST
  • Assistance of Case Management Injury Claims (CNEST /WCB)- TAW preparation, processing letters, documents in G-SHMRIS
  • HOIR processing
  • IME – scheduling and management
  • Preparation of LT cheques /Reimbursements – CNESST
  • Safety Awards
  • Vendor/ Invoice management
  • COVID 19- Monitoring /Surveillance
  • Other duties as required and assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • College Diploma – Major in HR / Health and Safety Preferred
  • Computer literate on all Microsoft applications, Access Data base systems
  • Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal – Bilingual (French and English)
  • Ability to multitasks, attention to details, accuracy of information
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Years of experience 2-3 years preferred.

Principales tâches/responsabilités :

  • G- SHMRIS Gestion de la base de données – blessures/accidents de la route
  • Préparer des requêtes et des rapports
  • Compléter les rapports financiers– Information sur les gains pour CNESST/Manuvie/WCBs
  • Préparation et gestion des paiements des 2 semaines – CNESST
  • Assistance à la gestion des dossiers de réclamations pour blessures (CNEST / WCB) - Préparation du TAW, traitement des lettres et des documents dans G-SHMRIS
  • Traitement HOIR
  • IME – planification et gestion
  • Préparation des chèques LT /Remboursements – CNESST
  • Récompenses de sécurité
  • Gestion des fournisseurs/factures
  • COVID 19- Suivi/Surveillance
  • Autres tâches selon les besoins et assignées

Connaissances, compétences et capacités requises

  • Connaissances informatiques sur toutes les applications Microsoft, systèmes de base de données Access
  • Doit avoir de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale - Bilingue (français et anglais)
  • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, souci du détail, précision des informations
  • Gestion du temps et sens de l'organisation
  • Années d'expérience: 2-3 ans de préférence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.50-$19.69 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
