Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to join their team building constructional projects for commerical and residential buildings in the Etobicoke /Toronto area.

The ideal candidate will be applying drywall to walls or ceilings of residential and commercial buildings. Measure, cut and fit drywall sheets for installation purposes. Using hand tools, portable power tools, or adhesive. Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists. Cut in and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners. Fill joints, nail indentations, holes adn cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife. Prepare panels by sawing, drilling, or cutting holes in panels for electrical outlets, air-conditioning units, and plumbing.

• Measure, cut, fit drywall sheets for installation
• Use hand tools, portable power tools, or adhesive
• Posistion secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joints
• Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife
• Prepare panels by sawing, drilling, or cutting holes in panels for electrical outlets
• Coating applications
• Concrete repair and/or forming, tape, mud, sand
• Skills to cut crown molding/castings and baseboards
• Understand level, square and plumb
• Keep work area clean and work in a safe manner
