Successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
1. Candidate must be strong, healthy, and willing to work long hours, outdoors in winter and summer weather conditions
2. Prior farming or vineyard experience required
3. A very strong work ethic, attention to detail, an ability to get along well with others and to take orders and directives from ,management
4. Ability to lift 50 lbs and able to do repetitive work for extended periods of time.
