We are are experienced house flippers & renovations experts and we are looking to expand our team. We are looking for someone with carpentry experience who can work along side our Project Manager with day-to-day tasks, as well as being a leader and self-sufficient on site.
You will play an important role in our renovation projects. This will involve preparing job sites, using hand & power tools, and following instructions. Tasks may include demolition, framing, drywall, trim work, hanging doors & more. Must be able to complete tasks assigned without supervision. You will follow daily task direction from the Project Manager.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years carpentry experience
- general contracting experience
- Experienced using hand and power tools
- Excellent Verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a team atmosphere
- Health & Safety and or First Aid experience an asset
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid G drivers license & own car (must be able to provide drivers abstract if asked).
Based in Aurora, but renovation projects are across York Region, Durham Region & expanding into Simcoe County
Willingness to learn and a positive attitude are key!
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
