Safety Net Security is an established security services provider, and we service mostly heavy industrial plants such as sawmills, pulp and paper mills, logging camps and construction sites. That’s why you don’t see our guards at your local shopping centres!
We are hiring uniformed security guards for sites in Edmonton, Alberta. This is your opportunity to becoming part of our security team!
What you will get:

· work hours between 6PM and 6AM / Full Time hours

What you will be doing:
· Handling emergency situations while remaining calm and professional
· Patrol the assigned areas on foot
· Be on the look out for trespassers, vandalism and hazards
· Write daily logs and accurate incident reports
· Asset protection
· Access control
· Produce accurate & timely reports
What you need to have:
· Valid Alberta Security License
· Valid driver’s license and clean driver abstract is an asset
· Level C First Aid an asset
· Ability to pass Alcohol and Drug testing
· Security experience is not required, but considered as an asset
· Have an open availability, including weekends and evenings
· Experience with using computer and mobile phone
· Professional and reliable
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
