Who You Are:

You are a strong communicator who will actively listen to clients to find ways to improve the client experience with Kirk CPA. You understand accountant “speak”, but don’t use jargon with clients. You are confident in your experience and are willing to challenge the status quo when something is incorrect or not working. You have a keen eye for efficiencies and streamlining processes. You are dependable, reliable, and organized. You have high attention to detail and accuracy, and know how to use your time productively.

What’s in It For You:

We’re a small team which means you’ll have a real impact on the way we do things rather than be a tiny cog in a big machine. We have clients from a number of different industries so there’s opportunity to have variety in your work.

This is all done remotely so you can work from anywhere and you have the freedom to choose your hours. The CEO will not ordinarily micromanage and empowers you to reach your deadlines and job goals in the way that works best for you.
