The shipper and receiver is responsible for the timely and accurate receiving, invoicing and distribution of wireless devices, accessories and two-way radio products, across the province. The successful candidate is a quick learner, focused on accuracy, and prides themselves on their high productivity and reliability standards.

Duties:

• Receive product into inventory, including unpacking and verifying contents against appropriate documents; ensures product is accurately received into the computer tracking system.
• Report any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
• Prepare product orders; picks and packages product for shipment for customers or branch locations across the province.
• Ensure product is shipped in accordance with organizational best practices and customer requirements.
• Arrange transport/pick-up and assist in loading and unloading of product.
• Respond on a priority basis to any rush/urgent customer demands or sales department requests.
• Assist in maintaining safe working conditions and keeping stock rooms and related areas clean and free of debris.
• May be asked to make deliveries within city of Regina
• Assist in physical counting of inventory on regular basis

Qualifications + Experience:

• Grade 12 education (or equivalent) is required and must be bondable.
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
