We are looking for an Office Administrator who will help manage the administrative functions of our office operations. The Office Administrator will be responsible for various office tasks, including ensuring proper paperwork processes and functions are met.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position which will require up to 40 hours per week.

Classification: Non-Exempt

Essential Functions: a

Inputting job reports into our CRM

Facilitating the fixing of invoicing fails between the invoicing team and field management team

Processing customer checks

Processing payroll

Submitting documents to HR and Finance

Updating shared tracking documents

Ordering office materials

Other responsibilities that may be assigned to improve the function of the office

Required Skills/Abilities:

Computer competency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

1 year of office administration a plus but not required

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Physical Demands:

This is a sedentary job which requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on a phone and looking at a computer screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $41,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
