We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to welcome visitors and answer client inquiries. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering phones and responding to visitors in a warm, professional, efficient and courteous manner. You must be able to handle a fast-paced environment. Being organized and extremely attentive to details is essential for this position as you will handle numerous transactions every day. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing customer service and handling daily inquiries from both internal and external sources. You should have previous experience in handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional manner. We’re looking for someone with extensive knowledge of our company’s products and services, along with the ability to use various software tools. Our ideal candidate should be able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen inquiries from callers and walk-in clients .
  • Provide information regarding the organization to all visitors, using a variety of methods (e.g. brochures, company intranet etc.).
  • Efficiently and courteously manage all incoming calls.
  • Greet visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain a booking calendar and coordinate all external events;.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Organize reception desk/administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing etc..
  • Other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing etc..

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
